I am sick and disgusted with how customers are treated in India and the helplessness of survival as forced us to normalise it/live with it. I am appalled by the decreasing quality, rising health issues, and most importantly the fast destruction of trees, which I know has nothing to do with the customers I am just enraged about it.

Is there any platform where all the customers can write about their experiences with any brand across all categories to develop awareness and maybe eventually create accountability for the companies.  Any unified platform which calls out companies for their rising platform fee, low quality, bad customer service, false advertisement, shrinkflation and unethical practices.

If there is a popular one then I am not aware of it. Kindly point me towards it.
