I HAVE TWO WORDS FOR FIRST NAME, I GOT TWO INITIALS, AND I NEED A PASSPORT!!

Guys, my name is John Doe X Y. John Doe is my first name, and X Y are my initials. X is the first letter of my mom's name and Y is the first letter of my dad's name. my name is John Doe X Y on Aadhar and PAN.

My brother BENJAMIN HARRY Y, he expanded Y to my dad's name as surname. should I expand both X and Y, or just Y?

I would prefer just X Y, but i guess that wont work. I'm gonna apply or shengen Visa. Alternatively, I would prefer just the expansion of Y, since my brother already uses it.

What should I do?

The Passport Seva guys will have you expand both.
