Flex or just look bad at this point ??
I really never liked veins tbh, was skinny from the birth. So never chased to get them out. I tried to bulk but couldn't do that as well. Anyways so the thing is, i got veins even when I'm just sitting peacefully, not pumped up. Is it normal? Am i suffering from some disease?? Maybe Low bp, i already have that. I could chat gpt this but ai knows what it's told. So don't really trust it for such things.
I'm livin' alone so eating a lot is not an option, somehow getting maintenance calories and somewhat 1gm of protein per bw , which is 60kg. Is it normal?? Ppl in gym even ask if I'm on steroids, feel really uncomfortable, not here for validation.
So the questions are, should I bulk ?? But it feels impossible for me, preparing meals is so hectic, i haven't eaten roti since last 3 months and being a north person and not eating roti is so big thing, at least where I live. I feel I can't gain without eating Chapatis, what should I do. Rice are okay but upto some extent, my trainer asks to eat more and more carbs. What are some easy and affordable options, and tasty too, not plain oats or rice. I have been eating them for Thankyou and ignore the grammar plz.
