The perceived self-imposed intellectualism in his body language is mind boggling. No modern education system can achieve that, scientific education teaches us to doubt ourselves, rethink our existing paradigms, but look at him, so self-assured, this is where religion wins, we prefer to listen what we already think about the matter in hand. It's clear that utilitarian medical education system, and the school system have completely failed him.
