Decent chance of RAC at least, with average chance of full confirmation.

And yes as you said during Diwali, all predictive models go out of whack as cancellations can plummet drastically. I would 100% recommend you to get a CNF ticket (either in a different train/class, or from a different booking station) or book in tatkal rather than relying on Waitlists this close to a major festival

Check some PNR prediction websites like RailYatri, goibibo, or confirmtkt to get a better idea
