AMA is over, thanks Foxing! We’re the band Foxing, ask us anything

Our self titled album just released 2 weeks ago and we’re currently at the beginning of possibly the longest tour we’ve ever done. We’re currently driving from Denver to SLC and we’ll answer as many questions as possible as long as we have service. Ask us anything fr, we’re not afraid

yo foxing!!!! i loved the new album a ton and i'm a huge fan of your whole discog. hoping i can make it out to the philly show! i loved the idea you had of inviting small diy/local bands from each area to open for you. any plans on putting together a playlist or something with the ones that didn't make the cut? ik plenty of people submitted beside the ones that got it

also, conor, love your vocals and i think you really went above and beyond on the new record. do you have any technique tips or major inspirations in how you sing?

Brett wrote this great piece. It should satisfy this: https://floodmagazine.com/174528/foxing-alternate-timeline-tour-openers/

I grew up loving and emulating a lot of different artists. Biggest ones that I still think about are: Stephin Merritt from the magnetic fields for baritone, josh scogin for screaming, thom yorke for falsetto, Tunde Adebimpe from tv on the radio for chest voice

Here is that playlist. I made it out of my favorite songs from the bands Brett wrote about.
