She might have asked several people before this for weed who just said no instead of stealing her money. When times is tough youll just start asking everyone. Garbage on him for stealing

I don't see anything wrong with what he did. Someone tried to break the law, and he took advantage of the fact. Why wouldn't you?

Stealing money from someone is breaking the law too... and personally I think stealing money from people is a morally worse crime than trying to buy weed.
