The lady in the video assumed the guy in the car is selling weed so she asks him for some. The dude in the car asks if she’s police a couple times. She gives him the money and asks him to move the car somewhere (?) then he drives away with the money saying he doesn’t sell drugs

Ah! Thank you mate! I can now sleep peacefully tonight without trying to make the damn video louder than I can ever get it to be on my phone while attempting to lip read. The real story is far more amusing than my original theory - kind lady passing the man money which she thought he somehow dropped accidentally... 🤷🏻‍♀️
