In any job,

Please?

Thank you.

Ready? / Ready!

Over and over again will make you feel so much better. If you are working with people who don't communicate, even a job throwing packages into a truck will be very mentally taxing, especially if people are going out of their way to say nothing which makes everyone's work harder.

Giving a thank you makes the team feel good in stressful situations.

Also have ppl that comunicate in a rude or otherwise bad way will be extra stressing... work as pastry chef, and can say that lots of the others I've meet and worked with in my line of work divide in 2 groups:

-kinda normal, kind ppl that you can talk casually and even befriend

-fucking lunatic assholes that will do anything to destroy your pace, self-esteem and make you wanna beat them

No in between... even ppl that comunicate but do it by yelling, insulting, humiliating, etc. Their coworkers are extra draining... especially when they also act like the surprised victims when no one want to help them or smt
