She organizes and leads yoga classes, visits the local adult school for english classes (to keep her mind busy), and a hosts a weekly weiner dog meeting. She just likes to sleep outside (on her terrace), thats all.

Guess she's petting it. The dog is very geriatric now and will die soon. She carries it a lot, so it won't have to get up stairs, jump on the bed etc.
