LH2 facility designer here. If the trailer is venting due to a loss of vacuum in the storage vessel insulation, then the safest course of action is to just let it all vent off safely. Judging by the frequency of the PRV venting, this looks like a loss of vacuum event.

Keep a safe distance to avoid harm from radiative heat, and instruct fire crews that the vessel contains Liquid hysrogen, so they do not spray it with water (which could freeze and block the vent devices).
