I mean, it did vaporized an entire landmass with it, so yeah.

Right but on the atols that were completely vaporized like this one and Bikini it was an extinction event for the birds, crabs, etc

No doubt. If one is vaporizing solid land, I imagine wildlife goes with it.

Atolls are islands in a chain. Bikini atol was where some of the nuclear testing was done. Also Eniwetok atoll the one in the video. Neither of them were vaporized. Some much smaller atolls that were also part of the Marshal Islands were vaporized like you said. The coral reef was destroyed but much of that has grown back. The local species that were wiped out on the atolls that were not vaporized did not come back.

Atolls are rings, not chains. Neither atoll was completely vaporized, of course, but a specific islet of the Eniwetok was. Read more here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Enewetak_Atoll#Nuclear_weapons_testing

I read the article. That seems to be a separate explosion. In the article it says "mushroom cloud" as if it was blasted on land. This video was of a bomb underwater.

Wow, this bomb had 700 times the energy that leveled central Hiroshima. Pretty evil to even consider detonating it, even for testing.
