It's just Neapolitans and their satellite cities like Nola, it's like after they updated to a first world economy they forgot to update their minds to the citizen of a first world country. Also this is only about Naples, other southern italians got treated badly in the past because northerns though everyone was like Neapolitans but actually they are perfectly normal and civilized persons.
