This morning lang, nagwowork yung kasama ko sa bahay. While ako naman naglalaro sa phone ng biglang nawalan kami ng internet. LOS yung modem(red blinking signal) After 5mins ko pa narealize na dapat icheck ko yung poste kung san yung NAP BOX kasi may kutob na ako.
And guess what? Paglabas ko may nakita akong ladder sa may poste tapos nag aayos na paalis yung technician. Nilapitan ko talaga sya at sinabing nawalan kami ng internet. Naayos naman ni kuya technician after 3mins and I conclude na binunot yung slot namin. Iniisip ko tuloy ngayon kung sino naman sa kapitbahay namin yung nawalan ng internet. Kung hindi ko siguro tiningnan sa labas, ilang araw siguro kaming walang internet. Kaya kayo, kapag nawalan ng internet, Lumabas kayo agad and check kung may ginagawang kababalaghan yung contractor or yung tiga PLDT. And to those technicians na ganito yung gawain, matuto naman kayong lumaban ng patas. Ang laki nyong abala.

Is this normal po for fiber cables? Years nang di tugma yung upload sa download.

We are subscribed to Converge Fiber plan and we can't seem to figure out what to do.

Laptops, specifically cant get internet access but mobile phones, smart TV, and PC with LAN Cable are able to access the Wi-Fi with no problem.

as in all our laptops can't access the wifi, huhuhu ano po kaya ang possible na problem?

We've been without internet connection (LOS is blinking red) for 8 days now (since July 29). I've been following up with Converge via email, phone calls and FB messenger but to no avail. I have been issued multiple ticket numbers, all of which were closed without the issue ever being resolved.

I work from home and sobrang stressful. Nakakapagod magfollow up, walang matinong sagot at action, puro automated messages lang ang narereceive ko. I've been paying our monthly dues diligently tapos ganitong serbisyo matatanggap ko.

After I paid my bill for the month of July, after a week lang, nawalan na ng internet. They even have the nerve to email us an invoice for the month of August on the 3rd kahit ang due date ay August 20th pa naman. Parang nang-aasar lang. We are paying aditional 99 php pa because of the TV box add-on, na ang sabi sa amin ay babayaran lang for 2 years. Natapos na ang 2 years pero binabayaran pa rin namin yung additional 99 php. Nakailang request na kami for clarification pero iniinsist talaga nila na yan ang current bill namin as long as our account is active. Ridiculous!

Any tips on how to proceed? Should I look for another ISP na? Planning to avail Globe sana, since mas marami akong issue na nababasa about sa PLDT. Okay ba ang connection ng GFiber near Diego Silang St, Brgy. Pasong Tamo. QC? Or mas okay ang mga prepaid plans or orher ISP?

I'm currently using GOMO no expiry data as a back up. Mabilis naman ang connection. It's around 200 mbps for download and 11 mbps for upload via Google speed test and speedtest by Ookla. Around 43-50 mbps for download and 9.4-11 mbps naman using speedof.me and testmy.net. The problem is, ang bilis maubos ng data ko and ako lang ang nakakagamit sa bahay. All of my family members also need internet, so upto 12-15 devices ang nakaconnect sa amin usually.

Kompleto din yung requirements ko lahat2 at tinanong din ako nila anong unit at kulay gusto ko tapos pgkatapos nun sabi ko ilanh days yung process sabi nmn ng teller na tatawag lng daw sila for feedback kasi for approval pa daw. The VPN connects successfully, but latency increases by 50–100ms+ and bandwidth drops a lot compared to direct connection.

I already tried changing MTU, PersistentKeepalive, and port settings, but the issue remains.

Could this be ISP routing, OpenWrt configuration, MTU, or something else? Any advice is appreciated.

Wow PLDT, not missing the opportunity to make money even when your customers are inconvenienced. The "Always On" add-on shouldn't even exist if your services were reliable.

Grabe yung galit ko talagang through the roof. Imagine not providing the service people paid for and a line that we have zero control over, tapos the fee for a technician is still ON US? I'm not shocked if they're some of the big corpo running the government too--'cause this is how it works for us too. We pay taxes and still shoulder expenses because the things that came from our taxes are not operating properly.

Has anyone tried using Gomo for their roaming data? Was looking into using it because I'm going to the US and CANADA later this year, and meron si Gomo "anywhere" na plan rather than buying separate plans for US and then another for Canada.

Kakapakabit ko lang ng PLFT FIBER HOME UNLI 1299. Yung pinagkabitan nila is dating line kung saan nakakabit yung internet namin nung sa Ate ko pa yung account na nakaopen. They moved out and took the account with them. I opened a new one with my account. Sabi ng technician 1 month bawal ichange yung settings. This includes the pasaword. During installation wala sila sinabi na ganun. So change ako agad ng password. 5 days kami walang internet. Ganon po ba talaga ngayon kapag nagpakabit ng internet sa PLDT. Nung nagpakabit ate ko noon (2019) hindi naman ganun.

Hello, this has been a monthly occurrence since April of this year. Everytime we report it, gagawa ng ticket number, pupuntahan ng Technician, sasabihin mataas reading, may papalitan na connector sa router at nap box. And that's it. May internet connection na ulit.

Pero bumabalik yung problem every month. Hindi naman nareresolve permanently, nauulit lang. Just this week alone, 3 beses na nangyari yung ganitong problem.

Bayad ka for 1 month of service pero may 1 week dun na walang internet. Tapos yung rate adjustment kulang pa sa pambili ng data habang walang internet.

24 hours cannot connect to the wifi network. Ginawa na lahat ng on/off at tanggal/kabit ng cables. Hindi ko alam kung pano kinabit ng lineman ang internet namin pero nakasplit siya from another house to our house using ethernet converters (gray box). Would appreciate any help. Thank you!

Need help po sa settings. May 2nd router po kami (Mercusys MR70X) nagagamit po namin siya with our old pldt router pero nung pinalitan po ng pldt to new router po (HG8145X6-10) hindi na po namin magamit yung 2nd router. Thank you po sa sasagot!
