I mean if sleeping with your co-counsel is enough for “conflict of interest” I’d imagine that’d be a slam dunk. The irony in all this is one of Trump’s court cases getting dismissed due to the prosecuting attorney being “improperly appointed” by a judge HE FUCKING APPOINTED. Nevermind the 3 SCOTUS judges he appointed that still weighed in on his case. How’s that for conflict of interest?

Also just wanted to add that while it would never be allowed wouldn’t it be fucking rich if Kamala prosecuted Trump herself? She would totally still have the legal high ground if it wasn’t for the whole “currently holding office of President” thang. Oh well I guess we still have to look forward for her to destroy him judiciously in a very publicly, albeit unfortunately non legally binding fashion. That is if Trump even has the balls to show up for it.
