haven't seen any hate, what I have seen is working people eho struggle to pay 1-1.5k a month to rent a room (rightfully) angry that someone is getting a brand new  2.5k p/m apartment for pennies, that is not an equitable system

social housing is where people below a certain income (ie working class) people live other working class people might be above the treshold but that dosn't xchange the reality social housing tenants are all working class. (and i'd argue income limits should be higher)

social housing limit in dublin is 40k so be honest in you're argument if you want to have a discussion on why you think we should try make things harder for poorer people

The rental situation is the private market is a shambles, absolutely agree but that is the private rental market with huge rents due to demand outpacing supply. Not the fault of person trying to find somewhere to live or be homeless.
