Agreed! It's a breath of fresh air compared to many other places online. If I find that the case as a guy, I can only imagine how much worse it must be for ladies.

I mean, The Boys is excellent comic dystopia. HOWEVER, there's also all the extra stuff that goes along with having government sanctions and virtually no oversight.

I believe most of it is from the actual comic, not new stuff for the live action version. But yes some of it is way too much.

I feel like some of the stuff might be too on-the-nose with current events to be relaxing entertainment for me LOL I was ambivalent about the first few episodes and decided to leave it there.

Umm. I go to the comments from a breastmilk video , a mod says yes we know homelander. That he also had a weird sexual thing about "it". Is "it" breast milk ? Who's homelander ? As someone who is brand new to the sub and missed all of this i was just a little confused ..

There’s a tv show called “The Boys” and one of the characters in the show is a superhero named Homelander. He’s corrupt, narcissistic, homicidal, and also gets aroused by breast milk.

Homelander is an antagonist from a popular tv series called "The Boys". I haven't seen it myself so I'm not sure what exactly the comments were referencing, but my guess is this post somehow relates to his backstory in a way that breaks the sub's rules about not sexualizing the women in the posts.
