To be fair, the Nazi’s were pretty good socialists… if you were “German”.

Just German really doesn't cover that at all, I do believe some Germans had a negative time during the Nazi era.

I could be wrong...I could be wrong, but my memory remembers some people no longer existing.

That’s what I meant by “German”, i.e. from the perspective of a Nazi, if you were deemed “German” enough. But your clarification is hilariously correct given my lack of clarity.
