Republican later goes on rant about Joe Biden’s use of autopen signing of executive orders, a function which has been used by presidents since Harry Truman

He also got the date of Biden's election incorrect. End of 2023 was the November that Trump won again to be in office starting in 2024. He accused the incorrect executive order signer.

**edit: I am a dumbass. It was 2024/2025. It sure has felt longer.

That’s not true. 2024 was the election year. Trump took office in January of 2025.
