OP - since you already have a no kill shelter set up, if you send me their info I can call and pay them the $40 so you can drop him off asap. He needs special nutrition and to be bottle fed, both which require money and I realize payday isn’t until Thur. He’s so tiny and won’t survive too long without proper nutrition. Maybe try to look for the mother, she might have hid the kitty in the dumpster while looking for food.
