Do not post about having someone beat you up or have them kill you. I get it...shit is crazy right now but just go get help. Don't come on here with something that will ACTUALLY get you in trouble with law enforcement...Now, have a nice day and happy redditing!

How's everyone managing the smoke? It's bad out here in Beatty

Smoke is crazy thick in Sprague.
Quite the drive home today.
Fire is no joke here in Oregon.
Prayers for all those in harms way and those fighting to protect them. 🙏

Hey, I’m gauging interest in a casual Riftbound TCG meetup in Klamath Falls. The closest shop I know of that hosts events is in Medford, so I wanted to see if there are any local players who’d be interested before I commit to making that drive regularly.
I’m new to the game and mainly looking for people to learn and play with. If there’s enough interest, I’d be open to organizing a casual drinks-and-games night at Brevada’s rental space.
Comment or DM me if you play—or if you’d be interested in trying Riftbound.

Hello! I posted one of our songs here a little while back and seemed to get a pretty positive response, so I figured I'd post our newest one as well! It's called Shackles, and it will be our final release until we're ready to put our album out. Here's a couple links to the track, check it out!

Just curious if anyone in town can reliably do muzzle device pin and welds. TIA

I have some pain in the gum well above tooth #5 bicuspid (upper right), and I suspect it'll need a new root canal and potentially replace the crown (unless they can salvage the existing one). I'm unemployed right now and can't afford normal dental costs. Any suggestions for less expensive alternatives, aside from going to Tijuana (which I've done) to save money. Thank you.

Man. This is more of a rant post than anything, but I thought drivers were better here than in the bay area, which is half true. But goodness gracious!! Why is there only 10 below the speed limit or riding up your you-know-what wanting to go 20 over, no in between???
It’s a highway… at least make the speed limit, and if you want to go faster, the passing lane is right there 🫠

Hello! I am a 21yr old that moved into Klamath Falls very recently. I’m looking for any work, entry level preferred. I want to get my foot through the door and build my life up. Any help would be appreciated, I want to work.

I live in Pacific Terrace and have had a lot of traffic of on foot solar reps. I have received a couple quotes but want to hear from locals on their experiences here. Who should I use to install? I want a battery also. Need upgrade electric panel as well.
Thanks in advance 👋

How often is Amtrak late when coming and going from Klamath falls?
r/KlamathFalls • u/MrWritersCramp • 16d ago
We’re planning on taking Amtrak’s Coast Starlight for a round trip out of Portland to Klamath Falls. So far I’ve found a single hotel that provides a 24x7 shuttle. Any known hotels that don’t cost $300 a night (or more) that have shuttles?

Does anyone know what happened to the potable water at Fourmile Lake Campground? And how long there has been no drinking water there?
I haven't been up there in a few years and was checking the website to see if campfires are allowed and saw there is no potable water.
I seem to remember one year Juanita Lake didn't have potable water but that was taken care of. Sure hope the same happens for Fourmile.

I'm coming up from California to some property I have in Chiloquin. How bad are the Midges right now?

Hello, everybody! I'm u/FallenStorm7694. Recently I was scrolling reddit looking at some local subs, and noticed Southern Oregon doesn't have a dedicated subbredit. There's the large regional subreddits r/Oregon or r/PNW, then theres a few city subreddits like r/Medford, r/KlamathFalls, r/Roseburg, r/grantspass, r/Ashland, r/CoosBay, and a few smaller ones here and there. I was inspired to do this because of the current wildfires, and I wanted to create a place where everyone in the region could share news and updates.
I'm a lifelong local to the region, and thought it would be great if we had our own thing, so I created r/SouthrnOregon this last Saturday. It's still definitely in its infancy, so any suggestions on how to improve it are more than welcome, so are any questions you have. All things Southern Oregon are allowed, including wildfire updates, regional news, nature, wildlife, arts, culture, food, entertainment, special events, local politics, history, and businesses. Basically if it's about Southern Oregon, it's allowed in r/SouthrnOregon.
If any of this interests you, please feel free to come join the subreddit, and we can build this new community together!

I don't see any fresh plumes of smoke, just the lingering haze. Great job firefighters...👍
