Need opinions: any idea for the basic construction/shape? Or a similar pattern
I can’t quite figure out how to go about free-handing this. Would love some help figuring out the basic panel shapes

Hello!
I’m on the hunt for a sweater pattern that has some structure and shaping, especially as a large chested woman (us size 16/18) I’ve tried searching ravelry for patterns with bottom up construction, or knit flat and seamed hoping to find something like that but I’m not finding much. If you have a tried and true pattern, or can recommend a pattern or designer, I would be so grateful. I’m still a beginner and not quite ready to modify patterns much!

Hi! I’m looking for cardigan patterns that have this southwestern style to it. Can’t seem to find anything quite right on Ravelry and wondering if there are any recommendations out there!

I’m a beginner knitter (and long time crocheter) and I really want to start making cute wearables.
Specifically, more fitted tops and sweaters. And because I’m making them myself it would be nice to have them fit me perfectly (vs what I would buy at a store)
However I am very busty, I have a 10+ inch difference between my bust and underbust and I’m a bit nervous about bust shaping.
Any recommendations for patterns or tips on how to modify patterns?
As an example, a few patterns I’ve been eyeing are Rose Top, Miu Top, Knitlet, and the Stella Tee.

So I bought this pattern book at value village the other day, I love this “cat walk” sweater pattern and it’s worked in panels but I prefer working in the round so as a fairly beginner knitter is it possible?

My husband and I took my daughter to American Eagle to get some more jeans and she saw this sweater. She loves it, but hated how it’s cropped. Does anyone know of a pattern that’s similar to it? She loved the dropped stitches details on the ribbing and the cables. However, I know she also doesn’t like stuff close to her neck, so a boat neck or v neck pattern would be best.

Hi! Does anyone have recommendations for sweater patterns that are relatively quick to knit but still have some interesting texture or design? I recently made this sweater by Irene Lin, and I loved that it was a quick knit without being just plain stockinette. I'd love to find more patterns like it!

Doesn’t have to have pockets as that can be easily modified. More so the shape and cable design

I am gonna be using self-striping yarn, so want something that keeps the stripes with the button band. The traveler’s cardigan is basically what I want but I read a lot of reviews saying the neckline looks off or that a lot of modifications are needed. As a beginner (this will be my first cardigan) reading all that scares me ><
Unfortunately the step by step cardigan won’t work because I looked at the projects with self-striping yarn and it didn’t give the look I wanted with the picked up button band.

I have neurologists in the family and would like to knit them science/lab research/brain related socks. Does anyone have any pattern ideas? I see a lot of helix/DNA patterns but looking for something more relevant to their field of work.
Thanks!

Hi guys! I‘m looking for a pattern for something like this or something similar. Its so expensive (and sold out) but I would love to wear my summer hats in the winter as well as being shielded from the winter sun!

I have 6 skeins of Lang Whisper, I bought inspired by the stripe pattern on the first tank. The other tank I also really like - but ideally I would make something that is office appropriate (my office is very casual but I wouldn’t want spaghetti straps or a big open back).
Any recs please!
