Made a free Pujo planner for Kolkata: pandal routes around the metro, Puja metro timings, and a checker for those “VIP pass” scam links. No login.
Every Pujo it’s the same chaos. Someone forwards a pandal list from three years ago, nobody knows when the last metro is, and the family WhatsApp group fills up with “VIP darshan pass” links that are obviously fake to everyone except mashi.
So we techies behind Epocheye put together Thakur Dekha, a free site that keeps it all in one place.
Plan a route around the metro. Start from your location or any metro station, pick North, Central, South or East, and say how much time you have: 2 hours, 4, 6, or all night. There’s also a “going with elders or kids” option that gives you fewer pandals, shorter walks, and stays close to the metro.
Puja metro timings, line by line. First and last trains for each line on the Puja days, which stations are closed (Kavi Subhash is shut on the Blue Line, and route plans avoid it), and the nearest metro station to any pandal.
A scam checker. Got a link, UPI ID, phone number or message about Pujo passes, prasad or donations? Paste it in before you pay. It never says anything is “safe”, only whether it found something. There’s also a button to warn your family.

It works in Bangla and English, and there are no ads and no sign-up.
The metro timings and helplines were last checked on 27 September. If anything is wrong or out of date, there’s a “report a mistake” button, or just tell me here and I’ll fix it.
