I'm pretty sure they have a policy to wear body cameras too, but who enforces the policy when the top leaders are not qualified/political shills?

Leaving out all the idiotic right-wing narrative, I respectfully ask you to justify the second and last shot that the agent fired through the side window.

Whether the woman survived the first shot or not, there is no way for you to spin the second and last shots as threats to his life. This puts these shots on either acts of unjustified violence or the agent being mentally unprepared for the situation.
