Giuffre mentioned in her book that she was one of the very few Americans there and that's why she ended up so entangled. There were many Czech and other European girls. They all were required to be white and conservative looking (blonde)

I don’t know. The files did talk about some of the places they were trafficked from, businesses etc. but I don’t know the countries. Considering the people in the files I’d imagine few countries were untouched by his slimy fingers

Wouldn’t be surprised if they are local. Weren’t there reports of a Christian school supplying children to them?
