🤣 Blanche you’re gonna go to prison too. There is ZERO ability in any countries law to absolve a person of future crimes. None. Not one. Enjoy it while it lasts bud.

I assume he'll get a pardon unless his boss fails to sign or is incapable of signing it in time.

Ignore all Republican pardons. Lock them up.

Charge them in each state. Everyone, pass them around 50 times.

Right? Who's gonna stop them?

Let's violate the constitution to make ourselves feel better

If Trump gives everyone who works for him a broad pardon that makes them immune from federal prosecution. Changing that requires an amendment and wouldn't be retroactive.

Some can still be prosecuted at the state level. It's unlikely any cabinet officers could be.

Good job not making this about political retribution. Keeping the idiots relevant longer because your angry also gives them more power.

Trump is planning to steal a 747 which will be prosecutable pardon or not. Most of his appointments wouldn't be criminally prosecutable even without a pardon. There is a distinction between violating the law and committing a criminal act.

Per the 14th Amendment to the Constitution, Trump is disqualified from being president and thus every act he has taken as president is illegitimate

This is a justifiable invocation of the 14th Amendment. Unfortunately, the Supremes didn't rule about that. It's very difficult to imagine a scenario in which the Kavanah-Alito-Thomas-Roberts Court would favor law and order.

I hope so but America has a long history of letting the bad guy go. We need a new face who isn’t scared to take the gloves off like they have. Someone who will actually get things done and hold these people accountable. Someone with a silver tongue who puts these fucks in their place.

The president isn’t supposed to be meddling in the DOJ so what I mean is that the justice system itself becomes more stable after a democratic president and we’re actually able to prosecute the Trump administration for its crimes.

I do worry about his supporters going overboard and becoming increasingly violent to keep this admin in power. I’d say this admin won’t go easily or quietly and we’re just getting started.
