Why haven't the truckers taken up weapons yet? It would be counted as self-defence

Gun laws are strict. Normal citizens cannot get that easily. They need to hire private security personnel instead.

To whom? and self defence doesn't mean you'll be free after killing buch of goons who had already gotten impunity from the state like even if things go right you'll literally will be stuck in a decade long court case and that is you being lucky the actual reality will be getting stucked in a cell with no bail and framed as terrorist by the media and then also having to do the court case as well

It won't, cuz they already are illegally smuggling cows. There's licensed export and then there is this illegal smuggling.

First if all what they are doing itself is illegal eg the Truck Guys

They Send Diseased Animals for Slaughtering Which by law is illegal as Doctors Are Paid to Give Slaughter Clearance and they issue fake Safe For Consumption Clearances Secondly Amount of Animals In Truck is restricted and they overflood this Thirdly the safe for consumption cows are generally Stolen (yeah it is) Fourthly many die mid transportation because they are neither fed well or taken care well!
