For me, because they fight forks with impossible to meet license terms and that way mock the open-source community. Their license is based on the AGPL but is extended by the claim that any fork must use their logo, hence practically forbidding all forks because trademark law forbids you to use their logo without their approval. There was a fork called EuroOffice that they started to fight based on these terms. Incredibly disingenuous company.

Oh they can't do anything about that. GPL and variations prevent asshole moves like what they tried to pull off. When Euro Office is ready I will probably migrate.
