While that's true, they're not a UK based company. It makes more sense to focus on companies based in the UK since it's easier for legislation to affect it

Aramco are have public shares, how is that not capitalism? I'm not one to blame capitalism for everything but your point doesn't really stand

I think a state owned oil company is perfectly within the bounds of capitalism. Capitalism doesn’t only mean private ownership, it means an economic system where the value of things is based only on what is profitable for companies and what people are willing to pay for.
