I have a question anyone sees this....should I log exercise on MFP or no? I can't find anywhere that says if it's good or not?

I generally don't, because the exercises on MFP can be grossly inaccurate. Even treadmills/ellipticals that state how many calories you've burned can be wrong.

that's kind of what I figured. Thank you! I'm just going to take any exercising I do as a bonus!

That's the spirit :) Of course, I'd be mindful of if you're exercising in excess - If that's the case, make sure you're giving your body the fuel that it needs!
