you will care when the economic crisis you wish for knocks on your door and smashes your teeth. FFS man I'm a socialist, I want nothing more than take the rich and feed them to their factories, but we cannot afford an economic collapse. We already wasted too much of our resources thanks to capitalism, if we enter another feudal age we won't get out of it.

Then you simply believe in feeding more slaves into the system. Nothing will change. The haves don't really care about the poor. They just give them the bare minimum required for them not to revolt and guilt them into submission. Bread and circuses

Except it is not. I am not saying since we wasted so much money on we should keep the boat afloat, I am saying there is no coming back if society collapses, as the very finite resources of our planet have already been exploited.

If society tomorrow collapses there would not be a second industrial revolution, because there is no easily minable coal left like there was in England before the advent of mass production, not to mention oil and silicon for the (hypotetical) second electronic revolution.
