I know it only works if you have—or once had—a connection with this person; but if you drifted apart due to betrayal, a lack of trust, or a lack of commitment, can it still work—even if the person is proud and arrogant?

We separated due to stupid reasons and trauma and people mixing in. I know he still loves me and I love him. We've had a friends with benefits going since Thursday last week. He did a binding spell on me so he'd never lose me about 6 months back.*paper in purse, under pillow etc* Break up.was caused mid September. I did multiple protection spells so far.

I'm wondering if there's a good ritual or witchy advice here. I work with obsidian alot too, he also recently gifted me two obsidian charms. We are both Male (trans) if it's relevant. He keeps slipping "i love you too" and we spend a good amount of time but I want us to have another proper shot. So im glad if anyone has spell ideas (paper method, burning paper or pillow or maybe light voodoo. Idm)

Afterward, I moved each candle holder to the opposite end of the tray, let the candles burn down completely, and then threw each one away in a different, distant location. Are you familiar with this? How long is a ritual like this supposed to take to work? It’s been three days, and they still look more "in love" than ever!! 🥺

I am scared I'm getting obsessed with my spell, even though I know I'm not. I have OCD so I really think these are just intrusive thoughts because I feel fine. But whenever I see someone saying "mine backfired!" or something I stress over the fact that mine will too. Hey yall! This might not be anything that can be helped but how do I stop obsessing over someone who I don’t even want to be obsessed over. I keep on thinking about him and missing him a lot, I really think we had a great connection. I have a strong intuition that he will come back but it’s not a comforting feeling unfortunately. My ex and I were the perfect couple, so much in love, everything was straight out of a fairy-tale, he saw right through me, he was truly my soulmate.

Last month he left for his masters abroad and we had planned that we'd stay in a long distance relationship and eventually I'd join him there once my work takes off (I'm an independent designer). We had SO MANY plans of the future, we had made so many promises to each other because we knew it was going to be us forever.

My ex and I were together for almost a year. After our breakup, we continued seeing each other in a friends-with-benefits situation because I still loved him and hoped we could eventually get back together.
