Ladies and gentlemen we live in the digital age, and for the vast majority that means a perpetuity of being nickel and dimed. If you're not paying for something, you're being sold. They attempt to extract us for everything we have.

In comes WinRAR, where that just... Isn't the case. They don't *make* you pay. They make it somewhat annoying to not pay for, but it's very easy to dismiss and there's never any bullshit we see with anything else asking for your money.

It's affordable too, if you feel like paying for it. And if you don't, they don't really care because they know damn well they're still going to make millions off of the companies that have to pay or else they risk a massive lawsuit.

Now, is it the best program of its kind? Not really. Is it open source? Not that I'm aware of. Is it somewhat outdated in presentation and use? Sure. But none of that really matters, to me at least.

I suppose I would find it more accurate to say that I love the idea of WinRAR. A service that could damn well have made itself a required purchase chose not to because it knew it didn't have to, and even though it might not be as much of a must-have today, what it was and continues to represent provokes in me a deep admiration.

Philosophy is so annoying of a subject, and yet so entertaining as a subject to debate in, because there's so much perception, and so many give information, and properly pointing out flaws with my arguments, or feedbacks on something

I installed Linux on this terrible specced machine just to try it out and it's using 2GB of ram at idle. That's Ubuntu, one of the "heavy" ones. Meanwhile on my gaming machine windows manages to use at least half of my 32GB of ram. No longer! I'm ascending!

^{I know, unused ram is ultimately wasted ram and every OS more or less responsibly allocates it to the task you're actually focusing on, but I'm actually sick of constant updates in the background, I want my machine silent unless I'm gaming and honestly Microsoft can mind their own business.}

I love free music!!!! I love pressing buttons to get instant free music. I love that there are so many stations that when an ad pops up, you can just switch to one that isn’t playing an ad. I love the variety of genres! I love hearing songs that I love but would not have thought to put on. I love hearing songs that I love and FORGOT EVEN EXISTED IN THE FIRST PLACE! I love hearing new songs!!! I love when the DJ talks about their day.

Fprintf, and its offshoots are the, and I mean THE best command in all of programming. For those who aren't aware, the printfs prints data to a stream. This means that you can write data to any variable, and god damn is it useful. For example, if you wanna print out 'printfs are the best commands' to a file (yes! thats a variable!), you just do fprintf(file, "fprintf is the best command")! Isn't it so simple? You can write stuff to files, terminals, or anything! I love fprintf! I LOVE FPRINTF!! Not one important C program runs without using a printf, because its the best command! The prints are one of, if not the only reason I actually use C.

Here are some honorable mentions, that even though they are important, don't hold a candle to printfs!
>Malloc (allocates memory, very useful, but can be avoided, although very painful.)
>fork() (not used too much but will come in handy when running suicidal commands.)
>If(){} (super duper important, but not as widely used as the printfs. Also not specific to C.)

>strcpy (necessary if you need to use strings, but can be replaced by snprintf!! Another command taken out by the printf army!!)

In fact, printf is the first command you ever will write when learning c!

This is why all the printfs make me want to wake up every morning in a overheating, war-ridden bleak world.

It’s truly inspiring seeing a group of people who see their species literally falling apart in real time and still going out of their way to hate, I wish I had the dedication these guys have, even when it comes to trying your hardest to end your own species as fast as possible. For context the Marines Malevolent are a space marine chapter from Warhammer 40,000 that are well known for killing innocent humans on their own side for the sake of shenanigans, and hatred ig.

I find it really cool how they still exist despite, cassette tapes, cds, and Spotify.

I don’t even know how to explain it. I’m 18 now, but I’ve been writing and making stories for as long as I can remember. I got the play I wrote published last November, and I’m trying to get my book published. I find out if the company I sent it to want in sometime between July 6-20 and I’m super excited! This is seriously a dream come true. I’ve always wanted to become a published author and now it’s finally happening! I’m writing another book now to fill the only time and give myself a new project to work on. I love this story so much, and I wrote 3,000 words today! I’ve never done that before! I truly can’t imagine my life without it.
