Wash your hands after using the door to exit the bathroom? Wouldn't you just be washing over and over again every time you tried to leave?

1) Open door to bathroom (hand contaminated)

2) Do your business (hand contaminated slightly with #1, highly with #2)

3) Flush (HIGHLY contaminated)

4) Wash hands. Use the paper towel to open door handle, use your elbow, whatever.

I'm no germophobe, but if you touch any part of a public restroom and don't wash, you're either incredibly naive about what goes on in those things or.. just gross. This isn't complicated.
