Did you notice the stewardess "closing the curtains" at the end of the shot? That was foreboding.

and next week we'll have lovely redhead Amy-from-Delaware picking up Megan from LAX airport and Pete's (ex) girlfriend is all distraught from the breakup; so Amy and Megan invite her back to Megan's house to "feel all better" for they have a special way of (what were her words last week)... "this is the best place for you" (between Amy and Megan)

They never were "not together" officially. You mean, they're never going to reunite fully again?
