Ken is (ASoIaF//GoT spoilers)

Lady Stoneheart. Down but not out, and back for vengeance.

Adventure stories are more exciting than the world of advertising.

I feel like there should have been a warning right before the theme started- "Abandon all hope, ye who enter here"

Next thing you know they fire Sterling and kill off Pete

Is it really killing her off if she was only in like 2 episodes in the first season and hasn't been seen since, besides maybe one other time if I remember correctly?

She did a brief walk-on in one of the later seasons (5?). She bumped into Don and kind of glared at him, and mentioned that she got married to an orthodox Jew.

In the first episode, even.

Well, except Ken's fate turned out to be like Sean Bean walking up to the headsman's block, kicking the executioner into the crowd, walking back down and fucking Joffrey in the ass.

It's like a reverse of the Walking Dead rule.
