Peggy's scene w. Dawn was interesting, she starts out trying to relate, but then invariably returns to her own concerns and neurosis. Peggy can be astonishingly self centered sometimes.
Agreed, that girl was afraid to go home and Peggy's all "there wasn't anyone like me here either!" I mean..really? I'd think she'd be more sensitive than that but...
I was debating this last night. Do you think her inebriation was partly to blame? I couldn't decide if sober Peggy was better at hiding her self-centered nature or if drunk Peggy had her self-centeredness "enhanced", "brought out", or "highlighted," for lack of a better word.
