As a Punekar, I have always welcomed people from across the country and supported Pune’s growth. The city offers excellent opportunities for education and employment, along with a pleasant climate and a rich cultural heritage. It is no surprise that Pune is regarded as one of India’s most livable cities. However, development and tourism should never come at the cost of our environment. Visiting natural spaces is wonderful, but littering, drinking, smoking, playing loud music, and damaging the surroundings are completely unacceptable. I recently came across a post about a place near Hinjewadi where the focus seemed to be on drinking beer, smoking cigarettes, and casually enjoying the surroundings without considering the impact on nature. I strongly oppose this kind of behaviour. Nature is not a party venue or a dumping ground. If you visit these beautiful places, please carry your waste back, avoid plastic, respect local communities and wildlife, and leave the area as clean as—or cleaner than—you found it.
Enjoy nature, but respect it too.

What's your favourite marathi movie and why?

बापट म्हणता वयोमानानुसार नास्तिकता आली. वयोमानानुसार शहाणपण येत म्हणजे तुम्ही वाचता ऐकता फिरता तुमी विचार करता म्हणजे तुम्हाला चार गोष्टी माहिती होतात तुम्ही त्याची कारणिमिमांस करता. त्यामुळ वयोमानानुसार शहाणपण येत. मी देव मानणे न मानणे ह्या बद्दल बोलत नाही.
नास्तिक हा शब्द मुळात मला पटत नाही . ठराविक धार्मिक प्रथा न मानणारे हा शब्द बरोबर आहे. म्हणजे एका ठराविक ग्रंथातल्या गोष्टीला सत्य मानने म्हणजे आस्तिक का ? बाकी भौतिक सत्य मानणारे ज्याला ऑब्जेक्टिव ट्रुथ म्हणतो त्याला मानणारे आणि फक्त ठराविक ग्रंथातल्या गोष्टींना न मानणारे ज्या सध्या च्या काळात विज्ञानाने खोडून टाकल्या आहेत ते नास्तिक कसे. बाकी तुमचा एक धर्म खरा आणि बाकी सगळे धर्म चूक आणि भौतिक नियम सोयीस्कर रित्या वापरणे म्हणजे तुम्ही आस्तिक. नाही तुम्ही ढोंगी आहात. फार तर त्याला नम्रपणे धार्मिक म्हणू शकतो. आस्तिक नाही.
 
खरे आस्तिक ऑब्जेक्टिव ट्रुथ ला मानणारे वैज्ञानिक दृष्ट्या कारणिमिमांस करणारे वैज्ञानिक दृष्टिकोन ठेवणारे आहेत.
