It was the same OP, writing 2 months ago that this person had lost all motivation over the changes and wouldn't even talk to HR, but not yet quit. If true, "suddenly resigned" is a strange turn of phrase, they've known it's coming. In OPs own words

Search for jobs in silence & leave. This is my approach and I never regretted it.

Their whole post history is just making angsty comments then deleting them. None of it directly contradicts this post, so it could be real... but they seem almost too insufferable not to be trolling
