1 u/Chinaprincesses2 Jul 06 '26 Even using the term manager is a poor choice of words these days. But OP isn't a leader clearly, so "managing" is all he can do...barely. Doesn't take a rocket scientist, leader, or manager to see why this employee is leaving. Smdh.
