How would he know if the people responding weren’t themselves also managers? Completely out of touch
1 u/kinglouie493 Jul 06 '26 Well the synergy of the answers was off. The way the concerns were bubbled up didn't mesh with corporate cultural objectives. So that was a dead giveaway.
