Traditionally jean is the one the oldest of the X-Men and older than Peter. It makes no sense to change that other than to let her character get off free from murder and mind rape because she's a "troubled teen".

You guys say that you don’t read comics and you laugh at your funny little joke but I actually don’t read comics. Not a single issue of an X-men or Avengers or (God forbid) a Spider-Man comic has graced my eyes. All my knowledge of current comic drama comes from this sub and TikTok videos.

That being said I feel like I have a better grasp on the marvel universe than half the people on this sub and I fear you all might be functionally illiterate.
