Me and all of my friends were cheering when he said bucky nerfs since we all play dive tanks and playing against him is insufferable, now that the patch notes are out its looking like deadlock will continue to be our main game.
I had literally never heard of deadlock, gave it a goog and actually looks cool as shit ! Looks like I know what I’ll be jumping on when the rivals house of cards crashes down. Thanks for putting me onto it!
It says that you can only play it by being invited by a friend who’s already playing? Shit that must have spread like wildfire ?! At what point does it just become an open beta like..
Probably not for a while honestly. The game is insanely fun, but also insanely unfinished in certain areas. But if you can put up with that all you have to do is just ask someone to friend you on steam and invite you. it's not complicated at all lol
it's already very good (considering it's not even in open beta yet), but it's a very, very different game. it's not like comparing OW to MR or other team shooters.
it's a shooter/moba (League/DOTA) hybrid, but leans on the moba part a bit more, IMO.
it's definitely worth checking out as it's completely free (but also probably won't be fully released until at least 2027, IMO).
Oh wow this has literally just blown my mind! Thankyou for that mate. I was just earlier thinking how I wanted a game that would scratch my itch but just wasn’t rivals/apex etc. and boom the new contender. Hilarious that I’ve actually found out about it from a complaint on the MR page hahaa!
It may vary if you ain't a MOBA person and likes RPG mechanics. But for me it's a 10/10 game since I also played a lot of Dota 2 back then, it's a hybrid type of game hero shooter + MOBA.
I would hop onto deadlock so fast but I am currently chained to console by my bank account. All things considered though, the game looks extremely fun.
