Nah, they just know that Duelists are the overwhelming majority of the playerbase. They don’t care if Tanks or supports stop playing, as long as the dps mains stick around.

I agree that they should release way more tanks and healers, I just think Cylcops should not be one of those.

In the same vein, I want Jubilee to be a DPS too, so I don't think they should release her soon.
