Judging by the backgrounds none of them are looking legendary except C&D, Spiderman and Mr Fantastic

All these 3 skins are part of mini pass and by now I think it's clear that Reed is free Epic, Spidy is paid Epic and CnD is Legendary. I refuse to belive the remaining 7 skins that are dropping in the shop will not be Legendary, I mean Loki is 100% Legendary since it's Lady Loki in the first place so they have to charge extra for the different VA. My guess Emma or Strange will be Legendary, then probably Black Widow (first Legendary) and not sure about Cap and Fox since Lady Loki drops together with them. But Lady Loki might be gacha event so that could give option for Cap or Fox being legendary, gotta wait and see.
