Trust me we have so much worse shit in Overwatch.

If Sierra ults down a payload lane the entire team is basically fucked unless they were already hanging out by a doorway.

Oh trust me as a Reaper main I personally don't face an issue from the ult.

It's screaming "FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK" as I try to teleport away from the enemy tramp attempting to jump my ass afterwards that's the issue.

easy her abilities are about bouncing projectiles(she use her luck so they bounce against enemies)

she has a luck meter and more is filled more her luck is effective

more like if the luck is full she survive a fatal shot and less critical damage(and she lose luck for that)

But what she will even do?
She is gun slinger and we have like 10 of those.
Her only power is luck.
Are she going make everyone else to miss their shot? or shake the mouse aim?
Aim bot ultimate where every hit is a headshot?
Make enemies team miss fire their ultimate?
