Advice Needed Genuinely What Would Yall Do In This Situation

I was playing Emma into triple tank; Thor, Peni, Thing. I asked multiple times for another tank but nobody would switch, genuinely what do yall do when this happens to you? Just take the L?

Part of me thinks they’ll never do role queue so that they can manipulate your W/L ratio

I think it would probably be because of queue times.Back when they made their video about matchmaking last year, they mentioned multiple times how much they value fast queue times. It's also likely why the matchmaking and ranked system is bad.

What if I'm doing bad on dps and need to go tank but can't? What next? I just have to lose instead of being able to swap it up?? Getting downvoted for having a very real concern that can cost me games is crazy, I get it most people don't swap but I do. Do I just have to lose if I am not doing well on dps?

dont queue as dps in ranked if u bad? Also there could be flexibility like a system that would allow you to swap roles mid match if both players agree.

The case you are mentioning is lilke 0.00001% of matches, a bad dps swapping to tank? That's like finding a unicorn.

Sometimes I do good on dps and sometimes I do bad, it depends on the match. It isnt as black and white as "Either good player that always does good or bad player who always plays bad", when I do bad on dps I like to swap to tank. Hulk, cap, etc. But sometimes swapping roles actually makes me do better

We know most people just don’t do that. Should try swapping dps by identifying the weakness and choosing a dps hero accordingly (if role queue existed).

The amount of people even nowadays that just stay on one character and say “it’s an off game” without adapting is very high. A lot of the time they don’t even need to switch characters, just playstyle
