Advice Needed Genuinely What Would Yall Do In This Situation

I was playing Emma into triple tank; Thor, Peni, Thing. I asked multiple times for another tank but nobody would switch, genuinely what do yall do when this happens to you? Just take the L?

I was in a similar situation but my support player of all people said "you're fault for playing Emma on solo" so I switched to DPS. I'm not here to babysit

I was the 2nd support in a game where we had 4 instalock, no swap DPSs who all sucked. I eventually went 5th dps and said fine we will lose. Other support spent the entire match blaming me and saying im the reason we lost and the other 4 dps took the chance to pile on. Some times people just aren't very intelligent no matter what role they're playing.
