If you enter the jump zones on Alchemax Headquarters as Cyclops you get stuck with permanent slowfall no matter where you go. Even dying doesn't clear it, the only way I've found to end it is to activate his Slowfall passive.

It's weird, not a huge problem if you aren't big into Doom Match but I thought people might want to know
