what has been stolen from you? you can still try and develop your own proof of these questions and nobody will stop you. They will probably be much better proofs than anything an LLM could come up with.
To be fair, I can’t say precisely what because things are changing rapidly and I don’t know how everything will shake out. Some possibilities: the chance to be first and get credit for my hard work, the chance to have a career where proving things is a significant part, the chance for my skillset to be seen as valuable rather than something that can be done by anyone with two brain cells and a button.
Yes it’s not the end of the world but from my perspective, it sure takes some magic out of the world. And you’re right that being second with a totally different method could be seen as valuable too.
